Proposed new pavilion for Heathfield Recreation Ground.

We are pleased that the council consultation on a proposed new pavilion is now live and will be open until at least 31st July 2022.

We are very excited by this project and believe it would deliver lovely and needed new facilities in our park.

I wonder if many of you came to the fair and found our Lego board initiative?
This will now become part of the furniture for infant kids in the playground.
We had lots of lovely Lego donated for the kids to play with at school 👍🏻 🧱💜

Just ordered 480 doughnuts from Krispy Kreme 🍩💜🍩 and was pleased to be then given the chance to opt into their ‘Gift Trees’ scheme.

Krispy Kreme is a Sustainably Run partner! This means that they are actively working to plant life changing fruit trees in the developing world!

Each fruit tree provides food, education, income and infrastructure to families in the developing world. Fruit from the trees can be eaten, and surplus fruit can be sold at market - meaning families can afford to send their children to school!

Our trees are in Zanzibar! 🏝

Heathfield Ducks

Each Year 4 class had a delivery of duck eggs earlier this week and have enjoyed watching them hatch. We are grateful to our PTA for helping part fund this wonderful activity which gives the children such joy.

Following the popularity of our DuckCam last year, it has once again been installed so all our children can track the ducklings' progress. It will be live until 4pm today and then from 9am on Monday morning until they ducklings are collected at the end of next week. To access the DuckCam, please click on the YouTube link below:
