Salary - £40,869- £43,860 per annum | Based in Twickenham or Kingston | Permanent | Full-time

We currently have Senior Practitioner opportunities in our Safeguarding Teams, either based in Twickenham, or in Kingston. If you have the skills that will enable us to continue to enhance our practice and improve outcomes for children further, we want to hear from you. We are looking for enthusiastic, committed people who have the passion and the drive to make a positive difference to children’s lives.

Frontline social worker on BBC TV

The government has announced funding for 900 places on the Frontline children’s social work training programme.
Achieving for Children has had several Frontline social workers. One, Sophie Buckler, appeared on BBC TV and radio to talk about her experience and the positive impact of having a supportive manager and team.

Anstee Bridge shortlisted for national award - Congratulations to Anstee Bridge, our alternative education project, which has been shortlisted as best Public Sector Children’s Team in the Children & Young People Now Awards.

The organisers said, ‘This is a tremendous achievement against extremely tough competition this year.’

The winner will be announced at a ceremony in November.
