I'm currently working on a range of new teaching resources for Music and Drama learning, and this week I am launching, my Rhythm Rockers Rhythm Pack.

Each pack has 150 cards each with a different beat, rhythm combination, rest, time signature or dynamic on it. They come in A6 or A5 size and on silk laminated 350gsm paper, and in a handy white box for storage.

I am forever needing rhythm cards for the games we play in lessons and so I developed these to be used not only in the classroom but also by parents to play rhythm games at home to aid children's learning. The images show what the cards look like and in the pack there are also some suggestions for rhythm games that can be played at home for parents.

I am currently taking orders and delivery time is around 7-14 days as everything is being made to order.

A5 is £12.99 and A6 is £9.99

Any questions, then please drop us a message :)

We’ve had a lot of fun working on Annie Jnr this term! Well done to our Webber and Sondheim Acting and Musical Theatre classes for working so hard in rehearsals.

And it’s the first time in teaching for 28 years that I’ve ever directed Annie!!! How have I escaped it all this time 😂

Such a fabulous group of young people to be working with aged 6 to 16 on this show and I particularly love how they all get along so well together and support each other. What better way to be part of an ensemble, learn new skills and make new friends.

I wonder what will be next?

Excited to be planning our Summer Music Concert for our students who take private lessons on the piano and singing. Coming together to perform and share your work is such a joy and we can’t wait to show everyone next term all the beautiful pieces of music that we have been learning.

Our informal music concerts are a great way for children of all ages to gain the confidence to perform in front of a super supportive audience. They are also a great way to perform pieces they are preparing for music examinations….if you can perform to an audience you can perform to one examiner, and it can help to relax them in performance.
