Hello! Bonjour! ¡Buenos días! 👋🏼

I thought I would introduce myself to my lovely new followers, let you know a bit more about my background and how I came to own BilinguaSing Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. 🥰

My name is Annalisa and I am a lifelong lover of all things music and languages! I am both a semi-professional singer and a multi-linguist. 🎶

My language learning journey started very young at a french nursery called "École Églantine"; and, from there, blossomed into a First Class degree in Modern Languages from Durham University, receiving special awards for Spoken French and Spanish. 🇫🇷 🇪🇸

I have lived and worked in demanding jobs in Paris, Madrid, and London (where I was a Kidnap and Ransom Insurance Underwriter in charge of French and Spanish-speaking territories), and taught languages. 🌍

However, having spoken, sung and read to my son entirely in French since his birth and watched in wonder as he flourished into a fully-fledged bilingual child, when I came across BilinguaSing I felt its call very strongly. 😍

The gift of languages for a young child is like nothing else: a subconscious skill for life and a passion forever. Combine that with the pure joy that music, props and movement bring to them, and look no further for an engaging and educational sensory activity! 🎉

I LOVE to share my greatest passions with you and your little ones, and to have lots of fun as everyone enjoys learning along the way! 🫶🏼

Last but not least is Heather…. 🇬🇧
Heather is a close family friend and she stepped in for Ellie to sing on a few tracks whilst she was on maternity leave with baby number 2 🎤
She features as the English vocalist on Jingle Bells, Humpty Dumpty & This is the Beehive 🎧
She has a beautiful singing voice and we’re so grateful for her giving up her time to help us out!
