Join us for a FREE interactive session and learn:

✅ Quick and easy ways to cook balanced, family-friendly meals
✅ Fun ways to involve children in making healthy food choices
✅How to reduce ultra-processed foods in your family’s diet

Don’t forget that Break The Rules day returns TOMORROW! ✨

Santa Sleigh will be visiting St John’s this Saturday (13th)! He will be travelling round between 4.30 and 7.30 spreading Christmas cheer and collecting much needed donations for Nourish food bank. You can track his progress on www.rtwroundtable.co.uk to make sure you don’t miss him and his team of elves. We look forward to seeing lots of you out on Saturday!
