Finally posting a few pics from Reform’s International Drugs Policy Conference in Detroit, 12-15 Nov’.

Amazing experience attending workshops & events, & meeting some amazing people: attendees, academics, researchers & harm reduction advocates from across the U.S. & Mexico. Contacts made too to further help my lessons.

Got to hang out with friends from the amazing who ran the booth for 4 days, Myc ran a panel on Sat’, & 4 of the team went on to provide harm reduction at events in Detroit & Grand Rapids Sat’ night - 2 at each!

So glad I attended. 🇬🇧🇺🇸👌

Returned home after 4 months working & traveling Stateside on Sunday.

First alcohol harm reduction lesson of 2023/24 academic year earlier & the start of my 14th year supporting

Yr9s absolutely smashed it with mature & astute questions.

As a teacher from the U.K. supporting many secondary schools with harm reduction lessons on alcohol & other drugs I always make time to visit dispensaries, asking questions to improve my lessons (& understanding of cannabis).
Huge thanks to the very friendly & helpful .ny staff when I called in a few days ago.
