Roseland Class of 2026 celebrate exam success!
A fantastic morning at The Roseland Academy as our Class of 2026 collected their GCSE results.
We are incredibly proud that the cohort have once again achieved results above the national average, reflecting the huge amount of hard work, determination and commitment shown by our students and staff.
There were plenty of smiles, hugs and celebrations, with some exceptional individual results and many students securing the grades they need for their chosen next steps.
Our students will now move on to a wide range of destinations, including Truro College, Truro School Sixth Form, Callywith College, Duchy College, St Austell College, Exeter College of Maths, apprenticeships, further training and employment.
A huge congratulations to every member of the Class of 2026. Whatever their individual journey, they should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved.
We wish them all a fantastic rest of the summer and every success for the future!

⭐This Thursday is the long-awaited 2026 GCSE and Level 2 BTEC Results Day!⭐

🕘The school canteen area will be open from 9.00am until 11.00 for our Year 11s to come and collect their results.

We wish you all the best of luck and look forward to seeing you bright and early on Thursday morning!

Please note, if any parents/carers/family members or friends are collecting results on a student's behalf, we will need to see written consent from the student to be able to release their results.

Great news, the free Truro Community Football Sessions are coming back to Truro next month!

On Monday 3rd August, young people can enjoy a brilliant day packed with free high quality coaching from Supasport South West, fun football games, and feel good activities designed to boost health, confidence, and wellbeing.

These sessions are designed for young people aged 5–15, with fully qualified, insured and DBS checked coaches making sure everyone is safe, supported, and having a great time.

Healthy Cornwall, Young People Cornwall and The CHAOS Group will also be on hand to offer extra fun, support, and wellbeing activities to make this a fantastic all round experience.

🐾 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹-𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀!

This summer, step behind the scenes at our rehoming and rehabilitation centre and enjoy a unique hands-on experience with rescue animals. We have two exciting sessions designed for different age groups:
𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (Ages 12–15) – Perfect for young animal lovers who want to learn about animal welfare and experience life at a real rescue centre.
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (Ages 16–18) – Ideal for those considering a career in animal care, veterinary nursing or animal behaviour, offering valuable hands-on experience and workplace skills.
