I just got back from a 10 day holiday in Turkey✨

Half my suitcase was full of activewear - and guess what…

I didn’t go to the gym once!🤷🏼‍♀️

I knew there was a lovely gym there and like to take things if I want to go - but I just didn’t fancy it and the opening times didn’t really work for me - so a few days of a LOT of walking was my exercise for 10 days and that’s absolutely fine with me!🙌🏻

A little rest and recharge before going back to the chaos of being on my feet all day everyday!

Just because you pack the activewear don’t let it make you feel guilty if you don’t wear it💛

Beyond proud of this girl! Debbie’s been a client for a very long time now and has become a close friend - felt so so honoured today to watch her smash her first competition at - third overall and first in two of her five categories! Super super proud PT and friend and can’t wait to watch you smash it again in future comps because you were destined to do these girl🤩

Balance over everything✨

I went for a bottomless brunch last weekend - had quite a few cocktails which I’d never normally do - I rarely drink alcohol! But had a lovely time, laughed a lot and was so so pleased I went!✌🏼

Let yourself enjoy these moments here and there - for me these little moments are one of the things that make me happy and fill my cup so I try to make sure to do little coffee dates/meals out here and there!✨
