Phase 1 for Nathan done ☑️

Nathan wanted to pull back a bit of body fat for his holiday. I could see that he didn’t have as much as he thought, so we decided to get off what he had before feeding him up and keeping him lean so keep an eye out for his progress once phase 2 is done in 4 weeks guys 💪👍

Bit more of a personal post as opposed to business all the time.

Flat as a pancake and straight out of bed on the left and pumped after training on the right.

Here we are at 10.5 weeks out, weight steadying at 17 stone. Another 8-10kg off and I think it will be play time.

All the ones that said I couldn’t and wouldn’t do it, I see you watching me.
