When motivation dies, wisdom speaks

🌱 What if your "lack of motivation" after your loss isn't a problem to fix, but a message to decode?

"The wound is the place where the light enters you." - Rumi

In our hustle culture, we're told to push through, grind harder, never stop. But what if your body's resistance is actually your spiritual intelligence speaking through? πŸ€”

Your current state might be telling you:
πŸ”Ή You need to honour your pain
πŸ”Ή Your authentic spiritual self needs attention
πŸ”Ή Your nervous system needs rest

And here's what most don't understand:

✨ At times, even just getting out of bed can be a profound victory
✨ Your so-called "dysfunction" carries deeper wisdom
✨ Healing starts with listening to your deeper needs, not forcing

🌿 The path forward isn't about pushing harder. It's about:

πŸ’« Understanding your body's messages as spiritual gifts
πŸ’« Honoring your natural rhythms
πŸ’« Reconnecting with your loved ones who've died and your spiritual self and beginning to heal

Your current state isn't a failure to adapt to society - our culture allows little space for spiritual exploration and true self-care after loss - it might actually be society's failure to adapt to human being's spiritual needs.

So, if you're ready to begin to decode your body messages and find your authentic path towards connection and healing... πŸŒ…

πŸ’ ...just comment "Connection" below or DM me to learn more about how we help people to do all this.

Warmest wishes

The hidden link between grief and anger

What happens when the pain and sorrow of grief turns into anger?

After a period of sadness where the waves of grief take you over...some people suddenly find themselves lashing out at loved ones who are trying their best to understand and help.

You might start to feel like life has treated you unfairly. Some even end up consumed by bitterness.

πŸŒͺ️ This anger can create a whirlwind of negative emotions, pushing away the very people you need most leading to more isolation, feeling misunderstood, and trapped in a cycle of pain and resentment.

🌟 But I want you to know that, thankfully, there is hope.

There are very simple and healthy ways to express and transform your anger into more useful emotions and this can even give you more energy for life.

In my work with people who are grieving, we do this by helping you develop a spiritual connection with your loved ones who have passed (so you KNOW they're with you, deep down in your bones)...

...by healing your nervous system with the latest techniques, which leads to more peace and inner calm...
..and by showing you how to turn your pain into a source of strength and growth.

🌈 Over the past few years I've helped many people navigate this difficult journey, and I'd like to offer you the same support.

Let's work together to honour your grief and your loved ones who have crossed over, while releasing the anger that's holding you back.

🀝 If you're ready to take the first step towards healing, please go ahead and book a free session with me.

Just type "free session" into the comments below and I'll reply to your comment with the link.

Together, we'll get clarity on what's keeping you stuck in anger or resentment, and set you on the path to feeling connected with your loved one, finding peace and reconnecting with your innate joy.

Just type, "free session" into the comments below (or look for the link in the comments).

Alternatively, send me a direct message on FB and we'll organise a time to speak.

Meeting our loved ones in our dreams

Every time we go to sleep, we enter the spiritual and soul worlds.
The astral body (soul) and the "l" (our individuality or spirit) leave the etheric body (sometimes called the "life-body") and the physical body behind and enter into these higher worlds.

We have many experiences in these worlds in connection with higher spiritual beings, especially the being that has the greatest interest in our individual path and destiny - a being from the 1st hierarchy above the human being - the guardian angel.

We also have experiences with loved ones who've died.
Dreams occur at the point when the astral body and the "I" return to the etheric and physical bodies. This causes a "disturbance" in the etheric body (where all our memories and experiences are "stored") and the often confused pictures that arise in dreams are the result.

But very often these dreams contain an "echo" of our true spiritual experiences in sleep.

Therefore, most times when we experience our loved ones in a dream, we really have met with them.

These experiences reach our consciousness most strongly, just as we're going to sleep and just as we're waking.

This ability to perceive these things more and more clearly can be trained.

We can become more and more aware of these subtle experiences and begin to know for certain that our loved ones are always with us...
.. and that the spiritual world is within us and all around us. It is not "somewhere else" because it doesn't exist in space. It is beyond space and time and therefore..
..the spiritual world, our angel (plus archangels, archai, seraphim, cherubim etc etc) and our loved ones who have died are present in the here and now.

We only need to learn to discern their presence. This is a practice and can be considered as a valid way to grow spiritually and become acquainted with the spiritual world.

When it comes to grief, we can't really talk about "normal" or "not normal" because everyone's journey with grief is completely unique.

There are different stages that most of us move through, sometimes we feel close to them...and other times, not so close.

In some ways, the intense experiences many people have directly after someone dies (including feeling their presence strongly) do become more and more subtle over time.

But from a spiritual perspective, our loved ones are not actually moving further and further away from us, rather they are becoming more and more intimately connected with us.

But because they are become less and less "earthly" it becomes more subtle.

There is a reality to experiencing their presence soon after death at a particular physical place (such as the graveside or in their home or place of death).

But as time moves on, we could say that they are much closer to us than that.

Continuing to honour our loved ones and think of them regularly while offering them our spiritual thoughts, and loving feelings (we don't necessarily have to go to the grave site if we choose not to) can continue the relationship and actually helps them on their continued journey.

What's more, this actually helps them to be able to help us more in our lives here on earth.
