Day 4 of our Intensive Ballet Mentorship Programme. 🧑🩰
We finished with one last ballet barre class, and it was so rewarding to see Chloe’s hard work paying off. 😍
We then went through her feedback, corrections, exercises and future goals with Chloe and her mum.

Day 3 of our Summer Ballet Mentorship Programme with the lovely .rose ❤️
This session focused on injury prevention, learning how to keep our bodies healthy and reduce the risk of injuries. We then worked hard in body conditioning, building the strength and control needed to support strong ballet technique.

Day 2 of our Summer Ballet Mentorship Programme with the lovely .rose 🧑🩰
This session focused on ballet barre technique and body conditioning specifically designed for ballet dancers. We worked on building strength, control, alignment and correct muscle engagement to support stronger classical technique.
Another brilliant session with such a dedicated and hardworking dancer. ⭐️

2 hours of studio work today, including a full ballet class, pointe work and repertoire.
