Modern technology has brought revolutionary advancements in our day to day life. This has provided man with machines, which have substituted significant amount of labour work. Although it has some damaging effects on the employement of labour class but overall the positove points outnumber them.
To begin with, firstly, these advanced machines have endow companies to be more efficient in achieving their targets timely. For example when workers are given some physical task, they get exhausted after few hours of physical exertion and had to rest before they continue further, while the machines instead can work for days without a break, thus increasing the productivity. Secondly, these highly equipped machines can also contribute towards the economy of the country and which in turn will ameliorate the quality of life of the citizens . For instance, the machines working day and night will dramatically escalte the production, which will result in the improvement of economy.
Apart from the advantages, this trend of labour replacement by machines have some detrimemental effect upon the employement rate. As more and more machines are advancing, they are taking over the jobs of the workers, which will result in unemployment . Also consequently its contributing to poverty. This can be exemplified by a survey conducted in Dubai in 2012, which showed that two thousand employee's lost jobs in a span of two years due to machines advancements.
In conclusion, the advancement in the technology has benefited big companies and economies of different companies in the contemprory world. However, governement should focus on its negative aspects by providing alternative jobs tothe poor workers and empower their coming generation with
