One thing really stood out to me at Gamescom.

Some of the smaller indie studios had great games.
But many weren't really prepared for the show itself.

My client was also in a shared space.

No massive stand.
No huge exhibition setup.

Just a small cubicle.

But we came prepared.

→ We had laptops ready.
→ A full gaming PC running the demo.
→ A large TV for visitors.
→ Figurines and promotional materials.
