We're looking back at one of our previous projects, where Alliance Build Company carried out the external refurbishment, installation upgrades, and cladding works to transform this private dwelling.

This project is a great example of how carefully planned refurbishment and high-quality workmanship can completely enhance the appearance and performance of a home. From the upgraded external finishes to the new cladding installation, every detail was completed with precision and care.

Project Update | The Derwent Hotel, Torquay 🏗️

Great progress is being made at The Derwent Hotel as our team completes the installation of a new screed roof system.

A high-quality screed finish is essential to create the correct falls for drainage, providing a strong, level base ready for the next stages of the roofing works. Our team has been working efficiently to ensure the installation is completed to the highest standard, delivering a durable and long-lasting solution.

🎭 Royal Lyceum Theatre Refurbishment Underway 🎭

Alliance Build Company is delighted to be working at the historic Royal Lyceum Theatre on behalf of , helping to enhance and preserve this much-loved local landmark.

The project includes the refurbishment of three roofs, comprising two slate roofs and one single-ply roof, along with the installation of new kitchen facilities to improve the building's functionality for staff, performers and visitors alike.

We are pleased to be working alongside , who are undertaking the roofing works as our trusted subcontractor, bringing their expertise and craftsmanship to this important project.
