Saying goodbye to two very special little ones as they head off to big school One said goodbye last week and today it was time for another little one to finish their regular days with me, Although it’s not a complete goodbye, as I’ll still get to see them both from time to time, it’s definitely the end of an era. It’s such a proud but emotional moment watching them grow from tiny little ones into confident, happy children ready for their next big adventure I’m so proud of you both and everything you’ve achieved. I’m going to miss having you here every week, but I’m so happy I’ll still get to see you during the holidays and occasionally. Good luck at big school, little ones! You’re going to be amazing! 🥰✨

I can’t believe you’re 4 already! It feels like yesterday you started your journey with me, and I’ve loved watching you grow, learn and become the amazing little person you are today.

Six years ago, when I first opened my childminding setting, these two were just little toddlers, learning, playing and growing up together.

Fast forward to today, and they're still making memories together during the school holidays. 🥹

One of the most rewarding parts of childminding is watching children grow over the years and seeing those special friendships continue. I feel so lucky to have been a part of their journey. ❤️

We enjoyed a lovely trip to the forest today, where it was nice and cool under the trees. The children loved exploring nature, developing their communication skills, physical development, and understanding of the world through hands on learning and play.

We are growing caterpillars, so this week we enjoyed The Very Hungry Caterpillar activity and explored our emotions through The Colour Monster story. The children had lots of fun taking part in creative activities inspired by both books and were excited to learn about caterpillar life cycles and different feelings. 🐛🦋🎨📚
