Six years ago, when I first opened my childminding setting, these two were just little toddlers, learning, playing and growing up together.

Fast forward to today, and they're still making memories together during the school holidays. 🥹

One of the most rewarding parts of childminding is watching children grow over the years and seeing those special friendships continue. I feel so lucky to have been a part of their journey. ❤️

We enjoyed a lovely trip to the forest today, where it was nice and cool under the trees. The children loved exploring nature, developing their communication skills, physical development, and understanding of the world through hands on learning and play.

We are growing caterpillars, so this week we enjoyed The Very Hungry Caterpillar activity and explored our emotions through The Colour Monster story. The children had lots of fun taking part in creative activities inspired by both books and were excited to learn about caterpillar life cycles and different feelings. 🐛🦋🎨📚
