From September, I’m delighted to share that my amazing assistant will be joining me full-time! 🎉

Having a male role model within an early years setting brings so many benefits for children. It helps children develop positive relationships with a diverse range of adults, supports different styles of play and learning, and encourages confidence, resilience, and communication skills.
