Introducing Calch a Chlai / Lime and Clay who will be leading our upcoming courses at Mana House in Herefordshire 🙌🏽

Based in Aberystwyth, Simon is an expert in clay and lime plasters with extensive experience in both heritage and eco builds.

There’s a few 📸 in here of our last clay plastering course to give you idea of what you could achieve! This course though will be plastering onto hempcrete (not straw).

A really exciting build (I might of said that before 😂) working with permaculture design on a fascinating self sufficiency site.

THE PERMACULTURE HOME

Did you see this gorgeous house in Permaculture magazine?

Yolande and Andrew have designed their new home using permaculture principles. Natural materials are being used, and this summer the School of Natural Building will hold two courses at this beautiful house, so that others can learn the traditional technique of clay plastering.
