Friends of the School are a charity supporting the children of the school. All monies raised are to benefit the children. We have extended the school playground with additional equipment along with new musical instruments to name a few.

A huge shout out to our amazing Friends of School trustees, teachers and all of the wonderful volunteers who turned the children's wish for a Colour Run into a reality!

We simply couldn't do it without your time, energy and enthusiasm. Every hour spent planning and helping on the day was more than worth it to see the smiles, laughter and excitement on all the children's faces.

No Colour Run is complete without bubbles, and thanks to their support we had them in abundance, adding even more fun and excitement to the day.

A huge thank you to She Can Prosper for sponsoring our Colour Run!

Their generous support meant we could gunge not one, but TWO teachers nominated by the children – definitely one of the biggest highlights of the day!

No Colour Run would be complete without a warm-up!

A huge thank you to Laura from grpersonaltraining for not only sponsoring our Colour Run, but also leading an energetic warm-up to get everyone from Reception to Year 6 (and the teachers!) ready to tackle the obstacle course.

Laura is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. G&R Personal Training offers bespoke one-to-one and two-to-one personal training, group fitness classes, tailored nutrition guidance and practical lifestyle support to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

A huge thank you to 2PRU Gymnastics Club for their fantastic support of the Lady Elizabeth Hastings Friends of School Colour Run 2026!

Not only have they kindly sponsored our event, but they have also generously provided a Colour Run T-shirt for every participant.

Your support has helped make this event even more colourful and memorable for our children – thank you!

We are absolutely thrilled to share that today’s Colour Run has raised an incredible £1,600! 🎉🌈

The children had the most amazing day, and it was such a joy to see so many smiling faces (even if they were covered head to toe in colour! 😄).
