Polymer Training & Innovation Centre Polymer Training & Innovation Centre: the premier provider of polymer training in the UK.

We are a technical training and consultancy business unit that is fully owned by the City of Wolverhampton College. The innovation centre is located on Stafford Park in Telford, Shropshire, England and is equipped with over £1 Million worth of industrial scale, plastics processing equipment. Our short duration courses have been designed across all of the major plastics processing techniques and are available at different levels to suit individual candidate requirements. Many of these can be delivered in-company and as such can be tailored to more exacting customer requirements. Blending theoretical tuition with practical activity ensures that maximum knowledge transfer between tutor and delegate is achieved. To enhance our customer experience PTIC can also undertake tool trials, production work, testing and consultancy support services.

The Polymer Training and Innovation Centre is looking for a new Centre Manager to join the team.

This is a senior role focused on the day-to-day running of the Centre. You’ll be responsible for making sure our training and technical projects stay at the high standard the industry expects from us, while also looking at the bigger picture - handling business development and keeping our partnerships with stakeholders strong.

If you’ve got a solid background in operational management and want to help lead a key resource for the polymer sector, we’d like to speak with you.
