π± Seed & Grow Exploration Tray πΏ
Our newest Discovery Tray invites children into the magical world of seeds, soil, and growing their own produce β a gentle introduction to where our food begins and how we care for living things.
Little gardeners can dig with mini spades, scoop rich soil into tiny pots, sprinkle seeds, and water gently with their child-sized watering cans. Itβs a beautiful, hands-on way to explore life cycles, practise care, and build a sense of responsibility.
β¨ For curious learners:
They can compare different seeds, feel the textures of soil, and talk about what plants need to grow. Older children might choose their seed type, label their pot, and check in each day for signs of sprouting.
πΏ For younger explorers:
Itβs all about sensory wonder β the cool earth, the sound of seeds in their palms, the joy of filling and pouring with their caregiver close by.
π‘ A take-home treasure:
Each child can plant their own seed to take home, giving families a chance to watch the growing journey together. Watering, observing tiny changes, celebrating new leaves β a shared project full of connection and curiosity.
A calm, nurturing way to learn, play, and grow side by side. πΌ

π Seasonal Counting Invitation πΈ
Our Counting Tray is out, and itβs a beautiful blend of number learning and nature exploration!
This board explores pairing our wooden counting boards with treasures from the season β acorns for autumn, blossoms for spring, and whatever natural wonders your little ones discover outdoors.
β¨ For older children:
They'll choose a number board, place the matching number of pegs, and then gather the same number of natural items. A hands-on way to build early maths skills, number recognition, and fine motor strength.
π± For younger explorers:
The tray becomes a sensory world β smooth wood, rough acorn caps, soft petals. Caregivers can support gentle counting, naming textures, and exploring at their childβs pace.
A calm, nature-rooted invitation to learn, play, and connect. πΏ
