We have recently introduced a beautiful collection of hand-painted wooden woodland animals and Gruffalo characters into nursery, lovingly created by a member of staff in her own time. Her dedication means the children now have access to high-quality, natural resources that enrich their imaginative play and storytelling. These wooden figures support a wide range of EYFS learning opportunities, from small-world play and early language development to sensory exploration and creative thinking. This thoughtful effort shows a real commitment to going above and beyond, ensuring all children have engaging materials that spark curiosity, encourage communication and deepen their enjoyment to play and learning across the nursery.
Big shout out to Katie ! Fabulous job

We are exited to be entering Lilleshall scarecrow festival again this year. The children picked their favourite story character. ‘The Gruffalo’ look out this Saturday 19th as he will be out and about in Lilleshall along with all the other entries. Well done to our preschool children and team ⭐️

Everyone has waited patiently for the delivery of ‘Gruffalo Granny’ and what better place to read it snuggled under our reading tree ❤️

A huge thank you to Stuart and Andy for the amazing outdoor renovations! 🌿📚

Our final enhancement is our beautiful new reading area, situated underneath our willow tree. It’s a wonderful, sheltered space where the children can relax, enjoy a good book, and take time to observe and appreciate the world around them.

The children have already loved exploring and using this fantastic new addition to our already amazing outdoor space. 💚

Thank you, Stuart and Andy, for creating such a special area for our children to enjoy! 🌳📖

Today we say a very fond farewell to our wonderful Charlotte as she begins an exciting new chapter in her career! 💙

Charlotte has worked incredibly hard throughout university and has proudly achieved her BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science 🎓🏆 — an amazing achievement that we are all incredibly proud of her for!

We are also thrilled that Charlotte has now landed a fantastic new role in teaching sport, and we have no doubt that she is going to be absolutely amazing! We know she will inspire, encourage and make a huge difference to the children she works with, just as she has done here. ⚽️🏃‍♀️💪

we will miss you!
