Mindfulness has lots of benefits. By engaging in mindfulness practices, children can learn to slow down, pay attention to the present moment, and develop better focus and self-awareness. Mindful breathing, in particular, can be a calming practice that helps manage impulsivity and restlessness.
Oyster Interventions are offering Mindfulness group work during the school holidays.
We received our NSPCC certificate to show our school has all taken part in the Speak Out. Stay Safe. programme!
Well done everyone - we have all learnt about the PANTS rule, who our safe adults are and how to speak out if we feel unsafe or worried. ππ
