📍 Taunton, Somerset
Do you love the great outdoors and want to make a real difference in young people’s lives? We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and supportive Activity Leader & Support Worker to help deliver inspiring outdoor education experiences for children and young people with additional needs and behavioural challenges.

✨ What you’ll do:
➡️ Plan and deliver bespoke outdoor learning programmes that help learners grow and thrive
➡️ Work with young people of different ages and abilities, supporting their development
➡️ Create safe, healthy, fun environments in nature and community settings
➡️ Work term-time, Monday–Friday (with some flexibility where needed)

🎓 Who we’re looking for:
💬 Great communication skills and experience working with young people
💪 Energetic, adaptable, and ready to be outdoors
🚗 Driving licence & UK work rights (Enhanced DBS required)
