I have helped 100s of women achieve the ultimate freedom from diet culture.

I help women over 30 stuck in diet cycles achieve food freedom & confidence in their bodies through not focusing on numbers, rewiring your relationship with food and your body.

The questions nobody asks themselves before starting another diet.
I never asked them either. I just started.

Because that’s what you do isn’t it. You decide this time will be different. This time you’ll cut out the carbs, follow the plan, be more consistent. And you genuinely believe it. Because the diet industry is very good at rebranding the same thing under a different name and making it feel new.

I fell for it over and over again. Thinking this one would be the one. That this plan would finally fix the thing that all the other plans hadn’t.
But here’s what I never stopped to ask. What am I actually trying to fix?

Because I thought I was trying to fix my body. But what I was actually trying to fix, without even knowing it, was my relationship with food and my relationship with my body. And no diet was ever going to touch that. That’s not what diets do.

I was restricting all week and bingeing on sweets at the weekend. Miserable. Constantly. And telling myself this was just what health looked like. That I just needed more willpower. That if I could just stick to it this time everything would be okay.

It wasn’t sustainable. It wasn’t making me happy. And deep down I knew it. But letting go felt terrifying. Because what if I put on weight? What if it all fell apart? Restriction was all I knew.

And then I had to really sit with it. What do I actually want my life to look like? How do I actually want to feel? I don’t want to be thinking about food every waking moment. I don’t want to be body checking every time I pass a mirror. I don’t want to be comparing myself to everyone in the room.

And when I asked those questions, really asked them, then I realised the root issue wasn’t my body at all.
It was my relationship with myself.

That’s what needed to change first. Not the diet. Not the plan. The relationship with YOU.

These are the questions I now ask every client before we do anything else. Because the diet was never the answer. It was never even addressing the right problem.

DM me EMPOWER and let’s start asking the right ones. 🖤

You feel strong in the gym. Powerful. Capable. Like your body is actually doing something incredible.

And then you catch yourself in the mirror.
And within seconds you’re not thinking about what your body just did. You’re picking apart how it looks. Your stomach. Your thighs. The way your arms look from this angle. All that strength, gone. Replaced by criticism.
Why does that happen?

It goes back to something called self objectification theory. The research shows that women are conditioned to see themselves from the outside in, to evaluate their appearance constantly, almost automatically. It becomes a habit of the mind. So even in moments of genuine strength and capability, the brain defaults back to how you look rather than what you can do.

And diet culture made it worse. Decades of being told our bodies needed to look a certain way to be acceptable meant we learned to judge ourselves by appearance above everything else. Even in a gym. Even mid lift. Even when we’re doing something genuinely powerful.

Here’s what I want you to know. That critical voice in the mirror isn’t the truth. It’s a habit. A learned pattern that can be unlearned.
Because when you shift from judging what your body looks like to appreciating what it can do, everything changes. That’s not just a mindset shift. That’s freedom.

This is the work. And it’s available to you.

You’re having a great day. You feel good. You’re present, you’re happy, you’re living your life.

And then someone shows you a photo of yourself and your heart sinks.😭
And within seconds your inner critic is kicking in. Picking apart everything. Your arms. Your stomach. Your face. The way you were standing. All of it.
And suddenly that great day doesn’t feel so great anymore.

You want to hid and just cry.

I promise you that you are not alone. And more importantly, this is not your fault.
There’s a reason this happens. It’s called self objectification theory, developed by psychologists Fredrickson and Roberts in 1997. It found that women are conditioned from a young age to see themselves through an observer’s eyes. To constantly monitor, evaluate and critique their own appearance, before anyone else can do it first.

We absorbed this from everywhere. Magazines that circled women’s flaws. TV shows that rated women’s bodies. Social media that filters and perfects every image. We were surrounded by it before we were old enough to question it.
And so we internalised it. That critical voice in your head when you see a photo of yourself? It isn’t yours. It was put there. By a culture that has treated women’s bodies as something to be looked at and judged for decades.

The good news? It’s a learned narrative. Which means it can be unlearned.
This is exactly the work I do with my clients. Not meal plans. Not calorie counting. Unpicking the beliefs that were put there without your permission and building a relationship with yourself that isn’t filtered through someone else’s gaze.

Save this if it resonated. Share it with someone who needs to hear it. 🖤

You’re sitting across from someone you love. The food is good. The conversation should be flowing.

But your head is somewhere else entirely.🤯

Scanning the menu. Calculating. Weighing up whether you should have the pasta or the salad. Wondering if you already ate too much today. Feeling guilty before you’ve even ordered. Half listening to the person in front of you because your brain is too full of food noise to be fully present.

And then feeling ashamed that you can’t just relax and enjoy a meal like a normal person.

Here’s what I need you to know. You are not broken. And this is not a willpower problem.

Research shows that chronic dieting and years of food rules create persistent food noise, a constant mental chatter about food, calories, what you should and shouldn’t eat. It’s exhausting. And it’s completely understandable given what we’ve been through.

Diet culture didn’t just affect your body. It took up your brain space. It stole your presence. The moments you should have been fully in, the meals, the conversations, the celebrations ,were hijacked by a system that kept you focused on food instead of your life.
This is what breaking free from diet culture actually looks like. Not just eating more freely. Getting your presence back. Being able to sit across from someone you love and actually be there.
That is what’s possible. And it starts with understanding that the noise was never yours to carry.
Save this. Share it. 🖤

I’m starting a rebellion. And I need you to understand why.🔥
Because I am done.

Done with diet culture. Done with the beauty standards that have been placed on women for decades. Done watching women hand over their power, their strength, their fury to a system that was designed to take it from them.

I speak to women every single day in my DMs. And here’s what I know. Diet culture isn’t about food. It’s not about your weight or your willpower or whether you can stick to a plan.

It’s a system. Built to keep women small. Built to keep women distracted. Because if you’re too busy hating your body, if every waking moment is spent counting, restricting, comparing, shrinking you don’t notice what’s actually being taken from you. You don’t step into your power. You don’t become a threat to anyone.

That’s the point. It always has been.
And here’s what makes me absolutely furious right now.
You’ve been through the 90s. You’ve been through the 00s. You’ve survived decades of this. And now, right now, as you’re entering perimenopause and menopause. The era that is meant to be yours. The time when women become their most fierce, their most grounded, their most fully themselves. THIS is when they choose to bring the ultra thin trend roaring back.
Don’t tell me that’s a coincidence.

This is a pattern. I’ve watched it my whole life. And I am not having it.
That’s why I started coaching. First to help women break free from diet culture. And then, over years of doing this work, I started seeing what actually happens when women come out the other side.
They rise.

Physically strong. Mentally unshakeable. Confident in a way that no diet ever gave them. Done with the bu****it. Done shrinking. Done performing smallness for a system that never had their best interests at heart.
THAT is what my coaching is about.

Not just a better relationship with food. Not just feeling okay in your body. The full transformation. The woman who comes out the other side and takes up space without apology.

That woman? She’s who diet culture was always scared of.
