Family Break & Return to Work

As some of you are aware, I’m currently away on a much-needed family break after what has been a challenging few months, with numerous hospital trips, surgery and the ongoing process of getting back to 100%.

It’s been important to take a little time to switch off, spend some quality time with my family and focus on recovery. I really appreciate everyone’s patience, support and understanding during this time. 💙

I’ll be back on Friday 28th August, and my work phone will be back on Saturday 29th August, ready to take calls and get back to what we do best! keeping your drains maintained, clear and free-flowing. 🚧💦

Loved being back on the tools this week! Whilst I still have physio left and a road to recovery ahead, it's really refreshing to get back to work!

Being stuck in the house is not for me 😂😂

I am on holiday next week, but back at it full time from 1st September. I do already have quite a few jobs booked in, so thank you to all my loyal customers who have been happy to wait for me to get back to work!

I can answer messages/emails anytime in between, so please get in touch to get booked in with any drainage issues.

Four weeks post-surgery and what a journey it's been so far!! 😅

It's been tough, physically and mentally, with my ups and downs days. But guess what?!

I'm finally out of my leg brace and back on track to getting back to that 100% fit goal I set myself!!

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has reached out with well wishes and thank you to all our customers old and new for your patience and who have been supportive and understanding towards the situation we are in.

I promise, ill be back soon providing you all with the best service and customer experience possible 🙏☺️

🚨Important Announcement to Our Valued Customers🚨

We would like to inform all of our customers that I will be undergoing secondary knee surgery on Thursday 25th June.

As a result, Axel Drainage Ltd will be temporarily affected, and I will be out of action for a few weeks during the recovery period.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to both our existing and new customers, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Please be assured that this is only a short-term pause.

Behind the scenes, we are currently working on assembling a dedicated team to ensure that, in the coming weeks, we can continue operating and delivering the high standard of service you expect from us.
