Today, we brought creative writing to life! 📖🏰

After writing and reading aloud their incredible setting descriptions, we used ChatGPT to turn their words into realistic images!

The children were absolutely amazed to see their imaginations come to life! 🤩

What a brilliant way to show the power of descriptive vocabulary, imagery and creative writing!

💛 When children can SEE the impact of their words, writing becomes even more magical!

At Smart Start Tutoring, we love finding creative ways to make learning exciting, engaging and memorable!

At Smart Start Tutoring, we turn tricky concepts into exciting challenges, games and activities.

Because learning doesn’t have to mean sitting still, filling in worksheets or doing more of the same! 💜

Learning, just in a different way. 💛

Today, at our St Anne’s after-school club, was all about resilience, problem-solving and perseverance as the children took on our Jungle Rescue Mission!

They planned routes through the jungle, cracked secret codes, worked together to rescue animals from quicksand and, most importantly, learnt that when something doesn’t work the first time, we can think, change our plan and try again. 💪🧠

So much teamwork, thinking and fun — and some brilliant problem-solving along the way! 🌟

Learning, just in a different way. 💛

➖ Making subtraction make sense! 🧮

Today in our Year 2 maths session, we used counters to really see what happens when we subtract, starting with the bigger number and physically taking away the smaller amount.

For young learners, being able to see it, move it and understand it can make such a difference before moving on to written methods. 💡

Hands-on, practical learning helps build those strong foundations — and makes maths much more fun too! 💙
