We realise that the issue of a new secondary school for North Swindon is one that is of extreme importance to parents and may generate significant debate. We are happy for people to post queries, issues, suggestions, criticisms - as long as they are made in a considerate, respectful and constructive manner. We reserve the right to remove comments that we consider to be
inappropriate or irrelevant and to block persistent offenders. Examples of this activity could include the following:-
Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking others
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence
• Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful
• Trolling or deliberate negativity and disruption of discussion
• Violations of any intellectual property rights
• Spamming in nature
• Uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers
• Commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations
• Link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own site)
We also have no hesitation in blocking those who create false profiles and/or impersonate others for the purpose of doing any of the above. We will report accounts which we do not consider to be genuine to Facebook.
