I found these Hismile “fakes” in Home Bargins.

They have peach, grape and watermelon flavour.

They are also only £1.70 each so won’t break the bank to try out.

I used the peach one this morning and it was nice, not too much lather as they are a gel and not a paste. They have a good taste that isn’t too strong and have a fresh feeling afterwards. They contain fluoride too.

With a return to school fast approaching, our household is already seeing these signs from all members of the family.

I have plans in place for the children, such as soft starts in the morning and only homework set for core subjects in the evening.

But plans can and will fail, so we take it a day at a time. Placing no blame, just rolling with it without expectations.

This is definitely me lately. 😑

I’ve been failing to take care of my own needs. It takes me crashing out to notice it in myself, I never seem to catch it before it’s too late.

A work in progress I suppose 🤷🏻‍♀️ so even though I’m not sleeping well, I’m sat in a dark, quiet room, alone, reading with my white noise machine playing thunder storm sounds and a fluffy blanket ☺️

When you treat kids, the family is part of the team.

Got talked into buying a Grimace Shake by the kids 🤦🏻‍♀️

They twisted my arm under the guise of “trying new things” these two know how to play the game sometimes 😂

We have been busy baking today! 🍰 🧁

Baking is a great way to include play based learning.

Measuring, temperature, time and weight are all great learning opportunities and we have a delicious treat at the end of it ☺️

Evening all!

I’m having a sort out and I have x5 sets of books to give away to home educators or anyone who’s child is learning to read.

All the books are used and donated by schools to myself. (So they will be stamped)

Suitable for key stage 1 readers/leaners.

When ADHD is a family trait and we are all vibing together 😂😂😂 (bedroom cctv footage)

It’s really important to have a safe space where we all have the opportunity to unmask and just be ourselves.

This may look unusual to others but for us, this is our normal. This is the us you don’t get to see because. Sadly we just don’t feel safe to show this side of us off!
