I'm so excited to finally launch our new 12-Week Beginners Kickboxing Programme!

Everyone has to start somewhere, and there's no better time than the start of a new school year to learn a new skill, make new friends and build confidence. ❤️

Whether your child is sporty, shy, full of energy or just looking for something different, kickboxing has so much more to offer than just punches and kicks. It's about respect, discipline, resilience and believing in yourself.

Tonight's 5.30pm Stretch & Flex class at Your Fitness Hub is going ahead as planned, with a few adaptations to help everyone stay comfortable in the warm weather!

💧 Please bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.

☀️ Class Closures this week at Your Fitness Hub and Better, Link Centre - Swindon ☀️

Due to the forecast of extreme temperatures on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and in the interests of everyone's health and wellbeing, I have made the decision to cancel all classes on Tuesday and Thursday this week. My stretch and flex class will run as normal on Friday at 5.30pm.

This wasn't an easy decision, but your safety always comes first, and exercising in such high temperatures could pose unnecessary risks.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope you all stay cool, and keep hydrated. Please let anyone who isn't on my page know for me and I look forward to seeing everyone on Friday ❤️🖤

What a fantastic Stretch & Flex class tonight!

I am so proud of every single one of our amazing team! Their balance work was brilliant, their flexibility keeps improving every week, and the effort they put in is incredible to see.

It’s not always easy to challenge yourself, but they show up, work hard, support one another, and continue to amaze me with their progress. Watching their confidence grow alongside their strength, balance, and mobility is exactly why I love teaching this class.

Keep smashing it team! You’re all doing so well and should be very proud of yourselves! ❤️
