🎹 One melody. So many emotions. 💛

Today, our Teens Lab student is learning the first phrase of Myroslav Skoryk’s Melody in A minor.

We’re only at the beginning, but it’s already starting to sound beautiful. 🎶✨

What do you hear in this music? Is it about love, longing, hope, or something completely different?

Tell us in the comments — what story does this melody tell you? 💭🎼

🎶✨ A NEW ACADEMIC YEAR BEGINS AT NEW TUNE! ✨🎹

We’re so excited to open the doors to a brand-new academic year at New Tune Music & Art Academy and welcome our wonderful students back! 💛

A new year means new music, new skills, new challenges, and lots of little achievements to celebrate. 🎹🥁🎶

At New Tune, we believe that music education is about much more than simply learning the correct notes. Through piano, rhythm, movement, listening, creativity, and ensemble work, our students develop focus, coordination, confidence, independence, and a genuine love of music. 🌱✨

Some of our students are taking their very first musical steps, while others are returning ready for their next challenge — and we are incredibly happy to be part of every individual journey. 💛

This year we look forward to seeing our students grow not only as musicians but also as creative, confident young people who enjoy learning and expressing themselves through music. 🎶✨

Here’s to another year of learning, creating, playing, and growing together!

Welcome back, New Tune students! Let the new musical year begin! 🎹🥰

I really want to share Oscar’s playing with our group today. 🎹💛

Oscar has only just started his piano journey, and for him, learning music is about so much more than simply finding the right notes. 🥰

When focus, communication, following instructions and coordinating movements can sometimes require a little more time, patience and a different approach, every new musical step becomes especially meaningful. 🌱🎶

And look at him already — listening, engaging, coordinating his little fingers and turning what he has learned into music. 💛

Every child learns differently, and sometimes we just need to find the right way into their world — and music can be a beautiful bridge. 🎹✨

Well done, Oscar! 👏🌟 We can’t wait to see where your musical journey takes you!

For some children, the world can feel a little louder, faster and more overwhelming. 💛

But then there is music. 🎹✨

At just 4 years old, this little musician is learning to focus, connect and express himself in his own beautiful way — one note at a time.

What may look like a small moment on video can actually be a HUGE step in confidence, communication and development. 🥹🎶

And this is exactly why we believe every child deserves the chance to be understood through the language that works best for them. 💛

POV: you came to a Tiny Tunes class thinking we were just going to “learn some music”… 😂🎶

Meanwhile at Tiny Tunes:

🌉 Here we’re jumping over bridges…
🐴 here we’re suddenly riding horses…
🌧️ here we’re comparing the rhythm of raindrops with our horse ride…
🎹 five minutes later — piano time!
🥁 and somehow… we’ve become a FULL ORCHESTRA! 😂

And yes — there is a method behind all this musical chaos! 😎🎶

This month our Tiny Musicians are actively discovering two beautiful classical pieces:

🎻 “Pizzicato Polka” — Johann Strauss II & Josef Strauss
🌧️ “Gardens in the Rain” — Claude Debussy

We listen, move, compare rhythms, imagine stories, play instruments and experience classical music with our whole bodies — because at this age, children don’t need to sit and study music.

They need to LIVE it! 💛🎶

Tiny Tunes: where you come for a music lesson and somehow end up on a horse, in the rain, playing in an orchestra. 😂🐴🌧️🎹🥁

🎹✨ Another incredible performance of “The Old Clock” — and this one is extra special!

Meet one of our newest little musicians at New Tune Music & Art Academy. He is only 4 years old, and believe it or not… this was his VERY FIRST lesson with us! 💛

For some children, a new place, a new teacher, unfamiliar sounds and following a completely new sequence of activities can be a challenge in itself. That’s why moments like this mean so much to us.

During his very first session, this wonderful little boy managed to listen, focus, follow the musical pattern and join the teacher in playing “The Old Clock.” 🎶🕰️

What you see in this video isn’t simply a child pressing the right piano keys.

We see concentration.
We see trust.
We see connection.
We see a child finding his own way into music. 🌱

And most importantly — we see potential.

Every child learns differently, and sometimes the key is simply finding the right approach, the right pace and the right environment in which they can shine. ✨

What a beautiful beginning to his musical journey. We can’t wait to see what comes next! 🎹💛

🎹 Sometimes the biggest progress is hidden in the smallest moments. 💛

For some children, simply sitting at the piano, staying with one activity, listening carefully and following a sequence can already be a huge achievement.

And this is why we celebrate things that may look “small” from the outside.

A few more seconds of concentration.
Waiting for the teacher’s cue.
Repeating a task without giving up.
Finishing an activity from beginning to end.
Managing emotions when something feels difficult.
Coming back to the task and trying again.

These moments are not small at all.

They are the foundation of attention, self-regulation, discipline, patience and confidence — skills that will support a child far beyond the music room. 🌱

And there is something else that matters enormously: consistency.

Progress becomes possible when parents understand the importance of regular attendance, routine, repetition and following the teacher’s guidance. When a child knows what to expect, feels supported and comes back week after week, we can slowly build something very powerful together.

Some children need more time. More repetition. More patience. More structure.

And that is absolutely okay.

Because every time a child manages something today that felt impossible a few weeks ago, we know we are moving forward. 💛

Behind that progress there is a child working incredibly hard, a teacher adapting every step — and parents who believe in the process and make sure that learning continues consistently.

This is why music can be so much more than learning to play the piano.

Sometimes it becomes a way to build focus.
A way to develop self-control.
A way to feel successful.
A way to say, without words:

“I can do this.” 🎹✨

🎹 Another little step forward today… and a very important one! 💛

At just 4 years old, our young musician is learning to play her very first scale — and of course, we’re making it more exciting by playing it as a duet with the teacher. 🎶

Look at how hard she is trying! 🥹
It’s not only about finding the right keys. She is already learning to feel the rhythm, listen to another musician, stay focused and play together — so many skills hidden inside one little scale!

Today we made one more step forward. 👣🎹
And at this age, every small step is actually a BIG achievement. 🌟

At New Tune Music & Art Academy, we believe that learning piano should start with enjoyment, connection and the feeling of “I can do it!” 💛

🎹 Book a trial lesson and let your child’s musical journey begin!
