Pitter Patter After School Club

This week at Bryniago After School Club, we had lots of fun despite the weather! When it was raining, we enjoyed junk modelling and made all sorts of creative things 😁😁. When the sun came out, we had an amazing time having water fights with our friends, soaking each other (and the staff!) 😁😁. We can’t wait to have another water fight!”😀😀

Yr wythnos hon yng Nghlwb Ar ôl Ysgol Bryniago, cawson ni lawer o hwyl er gwaethaf y tywydd! Pan oedd hi’n bwrw glaw, fe wnaethon ni fwynhau modelu sothach a gwneud pob math o bethau creadigol 😁😁. Pan ddaeth yr haul allan, cawson ni amser anhygoel yn cael ymladdfeydd dŵr gyda’n ffrindiau, gan socian ein gilydd (a’r staff!) 😁😁. Allwn ni ddim aros i gael ymladd dŵr arall!”

🌞 This Week at Pontarddulais After School Club 🌞
We’ve been making the most of the sunshine with plenty of outdoor play, giving everyone the chance to develop their physical skills, imagination, and confidence.
The children have loved exploring the outdoor apparatus, practising their balance and hand‑eye coordination, and challenging themselves with some adventurous risky play — from tree climbing to rock climbing.
Our parachute games have sparked lots of creativity, and football has been a great way to build teamwork and communication.
Here’s hoping the sunny weather sticks around so we can enjoy even more outdoor fun together!

🌞 Yr Wythnos Hon yn Clwb Ôl-Ysgol Pontarddulais 🌞
Rydym wedi manteisio ar yr haul gyda llawer o amser yn chwarae yn yr awyr agored, gan roi cyfle i bawb ddatblygu eu sgiliau corfforol, dychymyg, a hyder.
Mae'r plant wedi mwynhau archwilio'r offer awyr agored, ymarfer eu cydbwysedd a chyfathrebu llygad-a-dwylo, ac herio eu hunain gyda rhai gemau risg anturus — o ddringo coed i ddringo creigiau.
Mae ein gemau parasiwt wedi sbarduno llawer o greadigrwydd, a pêl-droed wedi bod yn ffordd wych o adeiladu gwaith tîm a chyfathrebu.
Gobeithiwn fod y tywydd heulog yn parhau fel y gallwn fwynhau hyd yn oed mwy o hwyl awyr agored gyda'n gilydd!

Bryniago after school club

This week at after-school club, we’ve had lots of fun! My friends and I built a den where we could hide 😀. We also played with Hama beads and made some lovely things for Mami and Dadi 😀.
Some of the children even put on a show for us, which was really great to watch 😀. When the sun came out, we went outside to play football and had lots of fun with playdough too.

Yr wythnos hon yn clwb ar ôl ysgol, cawson ni lawer o hwyl! Rydyn ni wedi bod yn adeiladu cuddfan gyda ffrindiau lle gallwn ni guddio 😀. Fe wnaethon ni hefyd chwarae gyda gleiniau Hama a gwneud pethau hyfryd i Mami a Dadi 😀.

Rhoddodd rhai o'r plant sioe i ni, roedd yn wych i'w wylio 😀. Pan ddaeth yr haul allan, aethon ni allan i chwarae pêl-droed, a chawson ni hwyl yn chwarae gyda playdough hefyd.

Mae'r wythnos hon wedi bod yn llawn hwyl! Fe wnaethon ni fwynhau gwneud cyrsiau rhwystrau gyda ffrindiau, gwneud y gorau o'r tywydd heulog trwy fynd allan i addurno bisgedi sinsir, a threulio amser yn chwarae gyda cheir.

This week has been full of fun! We enjoyed doing obstacle courses with friends, making the most of the sunny weather by going outside to decorate gingerbread biscuits, and spending time playing with cars.

We’ve been having a fantastic time in after‑school club recently. The children have enjoyed a whole range of activities — from decorating biscuits and taking part in an Easter egg hunt to making chocolate Rice Krispie baskets filled with little eggs. We’ve also been making the most of the sunshine with plenty of outdoor fun whenever the weather allows.

Mae wedi bod yn amser gwych gennym yn y clwb ôl‑ysgol yn ddiweddar. Mae’r plant wedi mwynhau amrywiaeth lawn o weithgareddau — o addurno bisgedi a chymryd rhan mewn chwilio am wyau Pasg i wneud basgedi rysáit siocled wedi’u llenwi gyda gwyau bach. Rydym hefyd wedi bod yn manteisio i’r eithaf ar yr haul gyda llawer o hwyl awyr agored pryd bynnag y mae’r tywydd yn caniatáu.

Ysgol Bryniago ASC

We have had a very busy week we have celebrated remembrance Day. We coloured in some pictures of puppies and Poppy out of Play-Doh.

We did children in need, we played a game pin the colourful spots on his bandage, Bethan coloured some rice and made Pudsey the bears face, it was fun making a mess with the rice 😀😀.

Than it was fire works we make some sparklers out the breadsticks icing and colorful hundreds and thousands, they were delicious to eat 😃. We coloured in some pictures too. We had black rice and colourful pasta to make our own fireworks.

Well it's been a full fun week in after school club, we have been enjoying the sunshine 🌞, we enjoyed some obstacle courses, and lots of pictures with chalks., playing lots of different games too.
We have been making lovely biscuits with decorations and enjoyed eating them.
We had lots of fun making fruit kebabs which were delicious. ☺️.
We ended with a nice party to say goodbye to the year 6 children that will be going to comp 😞. We all wish them well 😊.
