Hello, it has been a busy few weeks for me and I look forward to a day of rest after the Job Search Support.

Have you heard of the Daily Pages practice? I started reading ‘The Artist’s Way’ by Julia Cameron again. She recommends starting the day with a few pages of writing like a brain dump. So as a left handed writer I start the day with ink on my hands and I find it strangely satisfying. A proof of a good start of the day.

Been missing in action from social media lately, because I enjoy helping people get unstuck in their job search and not so much enjoy explaining what I do.

Reading about personality tests at the moment. As a coach and a HR person I do like personality tests, but more as a conversation starting point at the start of the coaching process.

Have you ever done a personality test? Do you as a coach use personality tests?

Hello there! Back from a lovely break and our monthly Job Search Support is changing days to a Friday.

This coming Friday, 21st April, is our monthly Job Search Support at the Swansea Wellbeing Centre and there are still sessions available. Contact Saskia by email ([email protected]) to find out how a professional career coach can help you.

You might want to change your job but don’t know where to start. Or you have a clear idea what you want to do next in your career, but you are not getting a foot through the door.
A 30 minute session will give you enough ideas what to change, and how to continue your search. Sessions can be face to face or on (video)call.

People come away with renewed energy and determination, and lots of helpful tips.
