Welsh Rugby Players'​ Association they say all good things come to an end... In 2017, through Professionaltogether Ltd, we began delivering their ‘Vulnerability programme’ across the The Welsh Rugby Union age grade and regional teams.

In October of that year, we secured a long-term contract with the WRPA to work at Cardiff and the Ospreys Rugby regions.

Here we were contracted as personal development managers PDM’s, supporting players in their daily lives and helping them to prepare for the next chapters of their lives after rugby.

After seven lightning-fast years working with an amazing group of players and rugby staff, whom we have the highest admiration for, we have both moved on to new opportunities.

We are delighted that we have been able to hand the role over to Lloyd Ashley and Chris Dicomidis, who will undoubtedly take it to new levels.

The WRPA is such an important organisation that plays a key role in supporting professional players across Wales and it has been a privilege to be a part of it for the last seven years.

We will both cherish our memories during this time and as individuals and as a company we are always here to support Welsh Rugby Players past and present in any way that we can

After completing their police service, Chief Superintendents Tim Jones and Phil Davies decided to combine their knowledge and skills and use them for the benefit of the outside world.
