We are never too young to build positive mental health, coordination, strength and resilience.

Introducing our Pre-school programme where children as young as 3 can get actively involved in fitness and wellbeing. Led by our EYFS specialist and fitness mentors and including our tailored equipment for safe use and a whole lot of FUN!

Our sessions can be delivered as one-off workshops but provide even bigger impact when delivered weekly and can be delivered indoors or outdoors.

ICYMI.... Do you know someone in South Derbyshire aged 16 to 24 who needs support getting on the career ladder? Our Youth Employment Support hub in Swadlincote is expanding.

The hub will now open 3 days a week, offering expert advice from specialist support organisations, training providers and employers.

It's a one-stop-shop for young people seeking information, advice, and opportunities to boost their confidence and build their skills to get into an apprenticeship or employment.

We are also super excited to bring some long term partnership discussions to life this summer by joining forces with the incredible Fun Club Hub.

Our sessions are fully funded and are a perfect opportunity to trial MPWR for FREE. Come and get to know our team, what we do and how we can support you! They are also a chance to see our impressive mobile gym unit in action 💚
