Natalie joined Greenshaw Learning Trust just over six months ago as Digital and MIS Lead within our Systems and Integration team, bringing with her a strong background in IT support and data management across schools and local authority settings.
Since joining, Natalie has been able to apply her expertise across a wider landscape, contributing to innovative work in areas such as digital transformation, data architecture, and emerging technologies. Her experience reflects the unique opportunity to work on projects that drive efficiency and support schools at scale.
Natalie’s journey also highlights the importance we place on professional development, with structured onboarding, ongoing support, and opportunities such as apprenticeships enabling colleagues to continue growing in their roles.🌱

Since joining Five Acres High School in 2018 as Office Manager, Su has developed into her current role supporting the Headteacher, leading administration, and acting as an S&I Liaison.
