As well as being an exciting sport, Taekwondo develops coordination, motor skills, agility, flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, balance, posture, cardio vascular fitness and anaerobic fitness. Taekwondo also helps to build confidence, self-esteem, self discipline, respect, concentration and courtesy. Our classes span all ages from 4 years up...there is no upper age limit! You may not realise this, but it is a fact that martial arts training is safer than most school sports!

It’s been a while, but we we’ve returned in style, 15 fighters returning 15 medals and 9 golds!
As a coach I was massively impressed with everyone who attended the Southern Area Open yesterday, some outstanding, show stopping performances.. On to the next one!

Only took 2 to Southampton this weekend, somehow came back with 3 medals...
Aaron took silver @-51kg A class
Ramon Took Gold in -61kgs B class and silver in -65 A class… on his first ever time competing
