There's only one month to go until we join together and celebrate all the fantastic achievements that our learners have made throughout the year!

After more than two years on her work placement at Café Ceramica, our brilliant learner stepped up to lead a session for her peers!

She shared her insider knowledge, explaining how the café runs day‑to‑day and showing everyone the ropes with pride and professionalism.

A fantastic example of teamwork, communication, and real‑world learning in action - well done!

Teamwork and Confidence at MA Academy!

Recently, our enrichment group has been attending MA Academy in Mere Green, learning exciting new martial arts skills each week with their amazing trainer Amir.

Amir works wonderfully with the group - encouraging everyone, building confidence, and helping each learner reach their full potential.

A fantastic mix of focus, fitness, and fun. Well done team! 💪🔥🥋🌟

We hope everyone had a wonderful half-term break and enjoyed some time to rest and recharge in the sunshine.

We're excited to welcome our learners back for another fantastic term filled with new opportunities, learning experiences, and achievements.

We look forward to seeing everyone continue to grow in confidence, develop new skills, and raise their aspirations 🌟

If you have any spare garden items at home, we’d love to give them a second life and help our allotment to flourish.

We’re currently looking for:

- Old tyres (perfect for planters)
- Plant pots of any size
- Recyclable materials for creative garden projects
- Spare tools (trowels, spades, watering cans)
- Wood, pallets, or bricks for building beds and paths
- Netting, canes, or stakes for supporting and protecting plants
- Seeds, seedlings, or compost
- Containers like buckets or tubs
- Water butts

Every contribution, big or small, helps us create a greener, more sustainable space for everyone to enjoy.

Every Wednesday, our Employability Pathway has been lacing up the boots and channeling their inner Ollie Watkins at Romulus FC.

They’ve developed their football skills through dribbling, passing and shooting drills. This has led to some intense competition and a lot of laughs.

A massive thank you to Romulus FC for their elite coaching and hospitality! ⚽

This week in our Creative Enrichment group, the learners had lots of fun exploring different materials and sensory experiences.

The group used paint, bubble mixture and straws to create colourful bubble art, explored the textures of kinetic sand, and were amazing while creating cornflour rain.

It was wonderful to see the learners engaging, exploring, and expressing themselves through sensory and creative play 🫧🎨

Skills Growing at Trinity Day Service!

Aaron has been working hard on his placement at Trinity Day Service, learning all about Food Safety and Hygiene and getting hands‑on with the cleaning routines that keep a kitchen running smoothly.

He is building real confidence, practising safe working habits, and developing the skills he’ll use in future hospitality roles. Brilliant work, Aaron - keep it up! 🙌

Our Post‑16 learners have been smashing their Ascentis Stepping Stone to English prep!

From mastering upper and lowercase letters to becoming dictionary pros and alphabetical‑order wizards - they’ve been working hard and having fun along the way.

Proud is an understatement! 📖👏
