July has felt like a bit of a rollercoaster, if I’m honest. It’s definitely been a month of two halves!
I haven’t done a monthly round‑up in a while, but as I sat last night reflecting on July, it felt worth sharing.
The start of the month was full‑on. End of term chaos, weekends celebrating my oldest friends turning 40, planning how I wanted my work/life balance to look over the summer holidays, keeping comms flowing with my team. It all felt like a dash to the finish line!
But as we hit mid‑July, everything shifted.
The school admin eased (or I’ve just decided to ignore it until mid‑August).
The kids finished school, so the morning rush disappeared.
The days got quieter, calmer, and yet my business kept moving forward.
✨ A new client starts with us in September
✨ A current client approved a big project for September
✨Catching up with my accountability partner Sarah Harding is always a delight but this month felt more necessary than ever as we headed in to the summer holidays
✨ I enjoyed cheerleading Camilla (Mills) Gray ~ Business Strategist, Speaker & Mentor at her book launch & catching up with so many wonderful biz buddies
✨ I met several clients in person, instead of online
✨ I found a new love for cycling
✨ I had a gorgeous few days away with my bestie and our kids
And that’s just my side of things.
My clients have had wins too: fully booked classes, new clients signing on, and one client is finally able to make a big leap in their business because they now have the right support in place.
So yes, July has been full‑on, but there’s been a lot to celebrate.
How’s your July been? Chaotic, calm, or a mix of both?
