As the colder months approach, many of us start thinking about our immune system and how we can look after our health naturally.
But how often do we give ourselves the time to slow down, breathe properly and release the tension we carry around every day?
This is where Qi Gong can make a difference.
Through gentle Korean-style Qi Gong movements, mindful breathing and relaxation, we can help reduce stress, improve circulation and support our overall wellbeing.
And because ongoing stress can affect how our immune system functions, finding ways to bring the body into a calmer, more balanced state is a valuable part of looking after ourselves.
Every Monday lunchtime, I teach Qi Gong at the Graham Spicer Institute in New Malden.
Our classes are welcoming, friendly and suitable for complete beginners, as well as people who have practised Qi Gong before.
You do not need to be particularly fit or flexible. Just come as you are and discover how gentle movement can help you feel more connected to your body.
Your health deserves a little of your time. Why not make Monday the day you begin?

Until then, be well and keep shining
