Apply a cold steak to a bruised eye

Best Practice - Gently hold an ice pack (or frozen veg) wrapped in a cloth/ tea towel around your eye for 10-20 minutes at a time, repeat regularly for initial treatment.

A frozen or semi defrosted steak can contain harmful bacteria so not recommended and a waste of steak.
