The start of the autumn term is here for most of our classes, and we have Septembers Mums Club!

☕️ Cuppa & Cuddles - unfortunately theres no session this week as I have a family celebration, we'll be back on Sept 7th!

💜 Complete Baby Massage & Wellness - our 7 week course covering everything you need to massage your baby, support their body and development, and so much more!
Wednesday is full, but there are limited spaces available on Thursday.

🩵 Baby Massage & Yoga - combined massage and yoga for your baby, with gentle stretches and relaxation for the parents too. Suitable for pre-crawlers

💙 Baby Yoga & Parent Wellbeing - for crawling babies, get them moving and developing through fun baby yoga activities, as well as some social development. Includes parent wellbeing through weekly stretches, relaxation and mindfulness activities.

🤍 Little Movers & Parent Circle - a trial class for active crawlers and early walkers!

✨️ Mums Club - our monthly creative session for mums to have some me time. This month we'll be making some beautiful autumnal wreaths for adding a seasonal touch to your home. Includes refreshments and a chance to let go.

🍂✨ Mums Club: Autumn Guardian Wreath ✨🍂

At 3am last night, when I couldn't sleep, I decided I couldn't miss a Mums Club this month... so because I've struggled with childcare this one is a little late notice!!

Our monthly Mums Club is your excuse to step away from the endless to-do lists and enjoy an evening that's all about you. Meet other mums, share the highs and lows (or simply enjoy the peace!), and get stuck into a creative workshop that's designed to help you unwind and recharge.

There’s something about autumn that makes you want to slow down a little…

The darker evenings, the changing leaves, the cosy colours and that lovely feeling of coming home. 🤎

So for our next Mums Club, we’re embracing all things autumn and getting creative as we make our very own Autumn Guardian Wreaths. 🍁🔔

Inspired by traditional hanging bells, these beautiful wreaths can be decorated with autumnal foliage, textures, ribbons and little guardian bells — traditionally associated with welcome, protection and good intentions.

You’ll be able to choose your own colours and decorations and create something completely unique to you ✨

And, as always, Mums Club isn't really about being good at crafting…

It’s about having a couple of hours where you can put everything else down for a while.

No crafting experience needed. No pressure to make it perfect. Just come as you are. Come and make something beautiful for your home — and give yourself a little moment to breathe while you’re here. 🍂🤎

All materials provided but you're welcome to bring personal ribbons, strips of fabric and items to hang from your creation to make it a little more special.

Spaces are limited, so book your place and come join us for a cosy evening of creativity and connection. 💜

Typical... weeks and weeks on drought, and on the day we want it to be dry, the forecast is thunderstorms and rain!

I'm calling it now and cancelling tomorrow's picnic 😭

I won't be rescheduling unfortunately, as I don't have any free days left of the holidays. 😫

For those of you who I won't see at classes or Cuppa & Cuddles, please come along to the Bump, Baby & Beyond Event on Sept 19th in Crispin Hall and say hi, and have a catch up.

🧡🩵 Did you know I have another job?? 🩵🧡

Water Babies was where I started my parent and baby career; pulling me from my desk job and into my passion!!

You might be wondering how I fit it in? Especially now I have the studio! But on Fridays, you'll find me at the beautiful Holly Farm teaching in the pool.
