Oh, how I love Mondays!

Today we welcomed Samuel to the team. It was lovely to see him watching everything, taking it all in and being so engaged. He’s settled in really well, and I’m looking forward to seeing how he gets on and grows over the term.

🤲✨ A little exciting news from me! ✨🤲

This week I started my BSL Level 1 course! 🎉

For the next year, I’ll be heading to classes every week, learning, practising and working towards my exams. 📚

I’m doing this qualification because I want to keep learning and become the best teacher I can be for all of you and your little ones.

So, if you happen to spot me signing away to myself in social time… don’t worry! 😂 It’s just me practising what I’ve learnt and getting ready to be assessed!

I’m so excited for this next step in my BSL journey and can’t wait to share it with you all! 🤲💕

✨ What a busy Thursday to end my teaching week! ✨

👣 Toddlers:
We learnt all about the toys we love to play with indoors — and let’s just say the toy bag and biscuits are always a big hit! 😂🧸🍪

👶 Baby classes:
We welcomed Marla and Klaus! 💕 I can’t wait to watch you both grow, learn and develop your signing skills over the term. 🤲✨

🎉 We also celebrated Penelope learning her 5th sign — ‘more’! 👏
And I hear she’s already putting it to very good use for milk and food!🥛🍌😂

🐾 And a huge celebration for Aurora-Mai and her 30th sign — ‘pet’! 🎉🤲
This little lady is absolutely flying with her signs and is loving being able to tell Mummy exactly what she wants and needs. 💕 She’s picking them up so quickly!

🌟 What a brilliant start back in Hatton yesterday! 🌟

Firstly, we welcomed George and Mila to their very first class! 🥰 It was so lovely to see them settling in, and they both seemed to absolutely love it. 💕 We can’t wait to see their signing journeys begin!

Secondly, we had two wonderful certificates to celebrate! 🎉👏

🏆 Vinnie collected his 1st sign certificate for *milk*! 🥛 He’s clearly been busy over the summer holidays and has already picked up his first 3 signs — what a fantastic achievement! 🌟

🏆 Aubrey collected her 60th sign certificate for *sorry*! ❤️ Even more amazingly, she picked this sign up from her older sister. How wonderful is that?! 🥰

A huge well done to all four of you! We’re so proud of your progress and can’t wait to see what comes next. 💫

What an amazing Monday in Stratford we had this week! 💛

💫 Leo received his 1st Sign certificate — and he is now clapping AND waving! 👏👋 What a fantastic achievement!

💫 Noa received her 5th Sign certificate for learning “all gone” and her 10th Sign certificate for “no”!

We are so proud of all our little signers and love seeing their signing journeys grow week by week. 💛

And just like that, we’re back for a brand-new term! 🌟

In Toddlers, we’ve been learning all about ourselves and took some time to explore our reflections in the mirror. 🪞

We also celebrated some birthdays with two of our toddlers turning 2 this week!! Happy birthday to Arthur and Martha!!

In Babies, we’ve been learning about our pets and practising some useful first signs, including milk. 🐶🐱🥛

We also had the pleasure of welcoming some lovely new families today — Nova, Jesse, Arthur and Ada! 💕 And a big welcome back to Ivy, who has returned after a short break.

I hope you all loved your first class, and I’m so excited to watch you learn, grow and have lots of fun with us this term! ✨
