Time to say goodbye to my year 11 students. To say I am sad is an understatement. One of them has been with me for 7 years🥲
It has been a absolute privilege to watch you all flourish and grow your wings and now you are ready to go on the most incredible flight. Fly high guys, so proud that I got to play a small part in the forming of those strong wings.

I highly recommend Spark notes, they have a fabulous website full of free translations of texts and analysis. Brilliant to get ahead for next academic year 🤗
The Macbeth study guide is particularly useful for GCSE 🧙‍♀️ 🧙‍♀️ 🧙‍♀️

I have woke up this morning totally devastated. I tell you all so often how privileged I am to do what I love from my home and now I can’t do that.
I have the most incredible students who work so very hard and the progress they make from one to one tuition is simply phenomenal. I have students who have worked so hard in the last few months that they have easily gone up two or three grades higher than predicted grades and now they have been robbed of the opportunity to shine.
I will miss the interaction, the banter and most of all the smiles of the students when they are praised for their success.
Please know I am here for my parents and students always, if you want me to set work, mark work, give you ideas or lessons by Skype I can. I am only a telephone call away.
Do not give up, keep on top and don’t let your progress slip. If in doubt read, read, read!
