Maria is a lovely teacher. She is kind and supportive, and despite my ambitious aim to take Russian A-level in a year, she remained incredibly optimistic and helped me to not only achieve this aim, but to also get an A*! Her lessons and homework are organised and structured, tailoring them to strengthen your weaknesses. She knows exactly how to maximise your chances in achieving the top grade, consistently referring back to the specification and mark scheme during the lesson so you can understand how the marks are awarded. The excellent resources she provided alongside her teaching gave me the confidence I needed when taking the official exams. I’m incredibly grateful for all her hard work this past year!
