Ahead of the Haven's celebrations tomorrow, bring to a close the lottery funding for the community wellbeing project, we've come together as a community to show what Haven Stonehaven - Wellness Space and the funding means to us.

The kids started us off on Sunday with their craft activity getting us underway with a collective paper chain of positivite affirmations and what they enjoy about the haven, the adults at the community yoga kept the momentum going this evening reflecting on their enjoyment of the project. 🖍️

The funding has supported both the Kids Teacher Training program and last year's kids sessions, along with running community yoga and so much more! 🧘🏼‍♀️

What a day we had on Sunday at our sold-out May Kids Yoga Reset! 🧘🏼‍♀️

The kids had an absolute ball🔮

We played, moved 🌊

We explored how worry and gratitude stones can help us navigate big emotions 🪨 🖍️

After all that energy, everyone settled down for a well-earned Savasana in their own deluxe setups. ✨
