Was so lovely seeing Poppy today and being able to take her certificate and some flowers 🌸❤️

Poppy recently underwent surgery and, unfortunately, hasn’t been able to attend our most recent sessions. We all want to wish her a speedy recovery and say just how incredibly proud we are of how strong and resilient she has been throughout it all. 🥹✨

We can’t wait to have you back dancing with us as soon as you’re ready, Poppy! Keep being your amazing, strong self! ❤️

Lots of love from everyone at Freedom Dance Association! ❤️
