We've had a lovely, busy half term filled with family time, outdoor adventures and making memories together.

During one of our days out, my one-year-old stood watching her older sister and cousins climb a tree. She watched carefully, taking it all in and observing every move they made.

Children learn so much by watching those around them. They observe, they listen, they practise, and little by little they build the confidence and skills to achieve things they once thought were out of reach.

Learning is often the same in school. Some children grasp a new concept quickly, while others need a little more time, support and encouragement. And for some children, success may look different altogether. Not every child is trying to climb the same "tree".
