SHOUT - Get Attention, Shout for HELP
REACH - Use a POLE or ROPE, if not available, TELL the person to reach and kick or float on their back
THROW - Throw a Swimming Aid such as a Life Ring
DON'T GO - NEVER enter the water to help.
