GEM PaperCrafts

Custom Hand made papercuts / frames. I am a teacher of Mathematics that works part time in a secondary school and has a passion for paper cutting.

But foremost I am a mum to three beautiful children Gabija (6), Evelina (4) and Mykolas (1) and a wife to my supportive (but slightly grumpy) husband. They were my inspiration in choosing the name, as you can see I used their initials to spell GEM (PaperCrafts). I design myself and hand cut on a quality paper from Paper Story or Paper Panda (PP), but also love other artists work that will be sharing with you. PP is has to be my favourite :)
Hope you like my work.

I'm back 😊. It has been ages since I picked up my scalpel, but today I am cutting a gorgeous butterfly and flower frame for a baby scan picture. I don't have any photos to show yet so I thought I will share this one.
We met Noel yesterday at Birmingham National Pet Show. What a lovely man he is 😍

As the end of the school year is creeping up on us, I have been busy with "Teacher gifts" commissions. I still have quite few to do, and I haven't even started on the gifts for my own children's teachers 🙈. However, I won't be able to do any today as I am on the bus with 45 KS1 children on the way to Twycross Zoo 🐒🐆🐫

Just received these amazing frames. They are hand made by very talented Kitty of The Banana Shed Framing Co. Can't wait to frame some of my cuts 😍.

It has been gifted, and I have been told that the recipient loved it ❤.

Few months back I had a commision that was a bit of a challenge to me - roses, lilies, customer's names and husband's beloved car Molly.
This is what I came up with. I loved designing and cutting this piece ❤.

I forgot to show you my two latest scrabble frames "Fabulous @ 40" ❤

It has taken me a while but very happy with the outcome 😊.

On Saturday, my daughter went to a friend's birthday party.
What else could she take as a present when her mum does papercutting 😊.
