A great weekend at teaching some budding new spinners to make yarn using a drop spindle. More than any other aspect of practicing my craft, I love passing on the knowledge to others.

I do a lot of driving which isn’t super fun but I find myself enjoying the verges and hedgerows. I’ve been wanting to create something that captures their beauty and have finally settled on a palette of a mix of greens with white, yellow and pink yarn scraps to represent the flowers.

I learned how to do today from at It’s something I’ve wanted to do for aaaaages and it hasn’t disappointed! Thank you Daisy 🤩
